Splitt uses automated models to support certain features, including suggestions, summaries, classifications, OCR, source-grounded answers, and proposed actions.
What AI may do
Where enabled, AI may help:
- answer questions using authorized company context;
- summarize recorded information;
- identify possible next steps;
- prepare draft tasks, projects, goals, or business updates;
- extract text from documents;
- organize information into proposed structured fields;
- explain metrics or project status;
- retrieve and cite authorized sources.
What AI does not guarantee
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable.
AI output is not guaranteed to be:
- correct;
- complete;
- current;
- legally compliant;
- financially sound;
- appropriate for your business;
- free of third-party rights issues.
You should independently review important information and source material.
Reviewed actions
When Splitt presents a reviewed action, the proposed change is not saved until an authorized user confirms it.
Users may be able to edit or cancel a proposal.
Manual forms may save when the user submits them. Not every manual change is subject to a separate AI review.
No autonomous business operation
Splitt does not independently operate your business, enter contracts, move money, make purchases, hire or fire people, or make binding decisions on your behalf.
You remain responsible for every business decision and for verifying information before acting.
No professional advice
Splitt does not provide legal, medical, tax, accounting, investment, or other licensed professional advice.
Do not use AI output as the sole basis for regulated financial services, legal rights, tax filings, medical decisions, credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
Company context and sources
AI may receive only the company, page, record, document, or source context authorized for the request.
Source citations can help you review evidence, but a citation does not guarantee the conclusion is correct.
Provider processing
The founder-confirmed launch stack uses the OpenAI API for authorized AI-assisted features. OCR is available where enabled. The founder reports OCR enabled, but hosted OCR processing has not been fully verified. Google OAuth/Workspace and TypeSafe/Jev are treated as inactive for publication, not active launch providers.
OpenAI documents no API training use by default; the founder confirms no intentional opt-in to training-data sharing. Zero Data Retention and the exact retention tier are unverified. Retention, abuse monitoring and legal exceptions may apply.
See the Privacy Policy and Subprocessor List.
Availability and limits
AI availability may depend on:
- plan;
- usage allowance;
- company role;
- feature configuration;
- provider status;
- safety controls;
- document-worker availability.
Splitt may change providers or models without promising continued access to a specific model.
Your responsibilities
You must:
- review output before relying on it;
- verify important facts and calculations;
- confirm that you have rights to submitted content;
- avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information;
- comply with the Acceptable Use Policy;
- obtain professional advice where appropriate.
