Retractability Bicycles LLC aims to make the Splitt website and service usable by as many people as possible.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as an accessibility target. This is a target and does not mean that every page, feature, device, browser, or assistive-technology combination has been independently certified as fully conformant.
Our current efforts
Splitt’s accessibility work includes:
- semantic page structure and headings;
- keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
- visible focus indicators;
- accessible labels and status messages;
- reduced-motion and minimal-motion options;
- support for browser zoom and responsive reflow;
- contrast testing for major color combinations;
- screen-reader-aware form errors and loading states;
- focus management for dialogs and drawers;
- non-color indicators for important states;
- accessible alternatives for motion-dependent interactions.
Known limitations
Splitt is actively being developed, and some features may have accessibility limitations. These may include:
- complex visualizations and charts;
- newly released interactive controls;
- third-party authentication or provider interfaces;
- document content supplied by users;
- browser- or device-specific behavior;
- features that have not yet been manually tested with every assistive technology.
We prioritize issues that block access to core account, workspace, navigation, chat, review, and feedback functions.
Requesting assistance or reporting a problem
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help accessing information or a feature, email support@splittai.app with the subject line “Splitt Accessibility.”
Please include, if you can:
- the page or feature involved;
- what you were trying to do;
- the browser and device used;
- the assistive technology used, if any;
- a description of the problem;
- a preferred way for us to respond.
Do not include passwords or authentication tokens.
We will review reports and work toward a reasonable response or alternative method of access where feasible. We do not promise a specific response or remediation deadline in this statement.
Third-party content
Some third-party services or user-uploaded documents may not be fully controlled by Splitt. We will work to make Splitt’s own interfaces accessible and to provide reasonable alternatives where feasible.
